Health and safety
The health and safety of our staff is of paramount importance. As a member of a wider group of companies all Stadium Packing employees benefit from a programme of continuous safety training and awareness, under the group mantra "Work Safe be Safe." This initiative propagates a culture whereby every employee considers the safety aspect of every task before starting it.
Any accident is reported to the group’s Health & Safety Department and details of it are then circulated to all managers in the group following a thorough investigation to ensure corrective actions have been taken to prevent a reoccurrence.
This process is driven by a full time Health and Safety specialist on the group’s staff, who also ensures risk assessments exist for all activities and that potential risks are either engineered out of the process or minimised through alternative working practices.
